I didn't just arrive here like magic. Lots of compound exercises & finishers like these isolation exercise done over the years. Cable crossover flyes repping out (hypertrophy endurance) 10-15 of 2-3 sets

There are gazillion excuses to not do it, but will it make you better? If you want it bad enough, then just show up & work for it 😉
